1. Who we are

2. What we collect and where it comes from
Only business contact details that a business publishes itself, on its own website or in public sources: business name, generic or public business email address, address, phone number and website. We do not buy lists, we do not use personal email addresses and we do not collect sensitive data. Each email we send says where we found the address.
Our website does not use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels, and it has no forms. If you write to us, we receive what you send us by email. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation, under its own retention policy.
3. Why we use it
To contact a business with at most two emails (one first email and one follow-up) offering website services and a WhatsApp button to request appointments. Every one of these emails says that it is an advertisement and includes our postal address and a way to opt out. If the business replies, we also use its details to handle that business conversation (scheduling a demo or sending a proposal). We use the data for nothing else.
4. Opting out
Reply "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "BAJA" to any of our emails, or write to contact@kortaro.com. We honor your request within 48 hours, well within the 10 business days that the CAN-SPAM Act allows, and add your address to our permanent suppression list. Opting out is free and we will not ask you for any other information.
5. Reviewing or correcting your information
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about your business, email contact@kortaro.com with your business name and the email address we contacted. We will reply within 30 days.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your information. Our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, stores it for us on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
7. Do Not Track
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so on our website, so our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
8. How long we keep it
We keep it for 6 months after our last contact and then delete it. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on our suppression list, with no time limit, so that we never contact you again.
9. Changes to this policy
We post any change on this page and update the effective date below. If a change is material, we will say so at the top of this page.
